- How long does a candle burn?
- A standard jar burns about forty hours. Tapers burn about eight hours each, and pillars depend on size.
- Are your candles safe for pets?
- Unscented beeswax is the safest. Some essential oils can bother cats and dogs, so ask before ordering a scented candle.
- Why does my candle tunnel?
- Usually because it was extinguished before the wax pool reached the edge of the jar. Let it burn longer next time.
- Can I return a jar for refill?
- Yes. Bring it in clean and we will refill it for a lower price.
- Do you sell wax and wicks?
- A small range for home candle-makers. We will happily advise on the right wick for your jar.
- How do I clean wax from fabric?
- Freeze the fabric, chip off the bulk, then press between sheets of kitchen paper with a warm iron.
- Do you make custom labels?
- Yes, for orders over twenty. Send your wording to info@titka.shop.
